We would like to introduce a case study of our "Parasol Heater" implemented at The Gate Hotel Tokyo, Kaminarimon, and Kyoto Takasegawa by HULIC. The introduction of this product has promoted the use of terrace seating and improved occupancy rates, allowing for the terrace to be open day and night from November to April. Additionally, proactive installation has been realized on the terrace located on higher floors. "We are able to have customers use the terrace seating in winter thanks to the parasol heaters." We would like to introduce a case study of our "Parasol Heater" implemented at Aniversaire Cafe Minatomirai Yokohama. The establishment has introduced 10 units for the open terrace, which has improved the usage rate by allowing customers to use the terrace seats even on cold days. From November to April, the terrace seats can now be opened regardless of the time of day.
